Chaffle – easy and quick recipe

Regular waffles are so basic, nowadays the chaffle has come into the spotlight as a delicious cheese and egg waffle.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • half a cup of finely shredded mozzarella

Instructions:

Preheat the waffle maker. 

Mix the egg with the mozzarella. Grease the waffle iron and pour half the mixture, cook for 2 -3 minutes. Once cooked serve warm with butter and sugar-free syrup. 

Tip

If you find the mixture too runny add a teaspoon of flour.
