Whipped coffee, a refreshing icy caffeinated beverage, easy to make and enjoyable on warm days or as a cool alternative to coffee.

- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons of water
- milk to taste
- ice cubes to serve
Mix the sugar, instant coffee, and water together with either a whisk or a mixer, until the coffee becomes fluffy and creamy. This part may take longer if done by hand, but with a little patience, it can be done.
Get a glass and put as much milk as needed, I used around 400 ml. Place ice cubes in the milk and two heaps of fluffy coffee on top and easily stir in the coffee.
Tips: the water used can be heated to help dissolve the instant coffee. You can use a little cocoa, cinnamon, or syrup to decorate the whipped coffee.
