Regular waffles are so basic, now-a-days the chaffle has come into the spotlight. A delicious cheese and egg waffle makes for a very nutritious snack.

  • 1 large egg
  • half a cup finely shredded mozzarella



Preheat the waffle maker. 

Mix the egg with the mozzarella. Grease the waffle iron and pour half the mixture, cook for 2 -3 minutes. Once cooked serve warm with butter and sugar-free syrup. 


Tip: if you find the mixture too runny add a teaspoon of flour.
